I am Dr Katie Finch, and I provide locum and consultancy support to fertility clinics across the UK and internationally. I'm proud to have started The Culture Club Embryology to firstly assist lab teams directly in everyday clinical activities, to lend a hand when staffing is tight or help for specific projects and forthcoming inspections.

About

Having spent over 20 years in the IVF lab starting my career as a lab technician and working my way up to lab manager and PR, I have an appreciation of the multiple roles and requirements required to keep teams and clinical services flowing.

The Culture Club Embryology exists to support fertility teams in two ways. I work as a locum embryologist for clinics needing experienced cover at short notice, and I advise on laboratory quality, compliance and development. Wherever I am, I aim to integrate with the team as though I have always been part of it.
